Welcome to NewsForYou.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NewsForYou.io and the NewsForYou service (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About NewsForYou

NewsForYou creates personalized daily editions designed for e-ink devices.

NewsForYou is a product operated by Zorzo Technologies LTDA, trading as "Zorzo Tech" ("Zorzo Tech", "we", "us", "our").

Depending on the features available to your account, editions may include:

• Curated and summarized news
• Weather information
• Daily quotes
• Educational or curiosity content
• Puzzles and games
• Other editorial or informational sections

Your edition may be personalized using preferences such as selected news topics, city, device type, and other settings.

2. Beta Service

NewsForYou may make features available while they are still in Beta or active development.

During this period, features, layouts, content, integrations, delivery schedules, and functionality may change as we improve the Service.

Beta features may occasionally contain errors, temporary interruptions, or limitations.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining control of your account
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

You may not use another person's account without authorization.

4. Supported Devices and Third-Party Services

NewsForYou may integrate with third-party platforms and e-ink services such as reMarkable.

The availability of these integrations depends partly on third-party systems outside our control.

NewsForYou is not affiliated with or endorsed by reMarkable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Daily Delivery

NewsForYou is designed to automatically generate and deliver editions according to your configured delivery schedule.

Delivery may depend on:

• Your internet connection
• Your e-ink device or cloud account
• Third-party APIs and platforms
• Scheduled processing systems
• Other services outside our direct control

While we aim to provide reliable daily delivery, we do not guarantee that every edition will be generated or delivered at an exact time without interruption.

Temporary outages, maintenance, third-party failures, or other technical issues may delay delivery.

6. News and Informational Content

NewsForYou provides content for general informational and educational purposes only.

NewsForYou may use editorial processes, automated systems, and artificial intelligence to select, summarize, organize, personalize, and format information from publicly available and third-party sources.

Although we aim to provide useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee that any article, summary, weather forecast, factual statement, or other content is complete, current, or error-free.

You should verify important information directly with authoritative or original sources before relying on it.

NewsForYou content does not constitute financial, investment, medical, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

7. Third-Party News and Links

NewsForYou editions may refer or link to third-party publishers, websites, services, or information sources.

Third-party content remains the responsibility of its respective publisher or rights holder.

NewsForYou does not claim ownership of third-party articles, trademarks, websites, or other third-party materials.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or content of third-party websites.

8. Subscription and Billing

Some features of NewsForYou require a paid subscription.

The applicable trial period, subscription price, billing frequency, promotional pricing, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing period shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Creem — Merchant of Record

Payments for NewsForYou are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Service.

Creem is responsible for functions including:

• Payment processing
• Applicable transaction taxes
• Invoicing
• Processing approved refunds

When completing a purchase, you may also be subject to Creem's applicable Buyer Terms.

Where Creem's mandatory Buyer Terms or applicable consumer law provide rights that cannot be limited by these Terms, those rights will apply.

10. Free Trials

NewsForYou may offer free trials.

The length and conditions of the trial are displayed before you subscribe.

Unless you cancel before the end of a trial that converts automatically to a paid subscription, your payment method may be charged the applicable subscription price when the trial ends.

You may cancel before the trial expires to avoid the first subscription charge.

11. Refunds

NewsForYou provides a 14-day refund guarantee.

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a paid charge, including a subscription renewal, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer protection rights available under applicable law.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to NewsForYou systems or another user's account
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to bypass security, authentication, subscription, or usage restrictions
• Use automated methods to abuse or overload the Service
• Resell or commercially redistribute NewsForYou editions without authorization
• Use the Service in a manner that infringes the rights of others

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

The NewsForYou name, branding, software, design, original editorial presentation, layouts, graphics, and other original elements of the Service are owned by or licensed to NewsForYou and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal use.

Third-party content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Changes to the Service

We are continually improving NewsForYou.

We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features, integrations, sections, supported devices, or other parts of the Service.

Where a material change substantially affects a paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the change where appropriate.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Exact delivery times
• Compatibility with every device or configuration
• That all information included in an edition will always be complete or error-free

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewsForYou will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or as required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

The latest version will be available on NewsForYou.io, with the most recent update date shown above.

If a material change affects your existing subscription, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

19. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.
